i.am Angel Foundation and ESRI have partnered to provide ArcGIS (geographic information systems) Software to the students of Roosevelt Math, Science & Technology Academy in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles.

Students are using ESRI maps to help people understand complex problems and explore possible solutions. Since the start of this partnership in 2013, over 400 students in Boyle Heights have incorporated ESRI ArcGIS mapping data into their research projects, creating over 1,640 “story maps.”
