I.Am College Track

Founded in 1997, College Track is a national non-profit organization that empowers students to achieve their dream of a college education. Its goal is to increase high school graduation, enrollment, and college graduation rates among students from low-income communities, thereby closing the achievement gap and creating college-going cultures for students who are under- represented in higher education. Over 95% of College Track seniors graduate from high school, 90% of students are accepted to 4- year colleges, and over 55% complete college. 85% of College Track students will be the first in their family to graduate from college.
