i.am FIRST Robotics student Cynthia Erenas from Boyle Heights got the special chance to join Amy Poehler’s Smart Girls web series to talk about the importance of STEM education!

Smart Girls co-founder and Executive Director Meredith Walker sat down with a very smart group of ladies from Qualcomm and the FIRST Robotics Competition to talk about robots, women in STEM, and the importance of mentorship.

Amy Poehler even made a surprise appearance — on a robot!
